A modern residence for a dynamic European couple (and a cat!) on the beautiful and serene Ames Lake waterline. The house provides large and open spaces with wonderful light exposures of trees, waters, and skies scenery through the seasons and different times of the day. The surfaces are durable, and a strong graphic of colors and volumes provide an architectural cleanse.

The modern kitchen is the highlight of the ample living space. It allows a variety of cooking, entertainment, dining, and leisure with an indoor-outdoor orientation in one area. The long counter below large windows, large drawers finished with glossy white laminate doors (SIRIUS line in Frosty White), and a color matching ‘handle-less’ c-channel provide clean lines and good ergonomics.

The large pullout drawers can carry up to 155 pounds and have internal drawers, interior LED lighting, and a set of wood insert accessories by LEICHT.

The open pantry provides additional storage with upper units, dramatic smokey tinted glass uppers, and internal LED lights for a bar and glass storage.

The tall 10’ high storage wall in carbon gray super matte lacquer (BONDI line) contrasts the white glossy lower units, big household and pantry storage, and hosting the fridge and oven appliances. Unique patterned corner open shelved unit on the left profile for presentation space and add lightness to the massive floor-to-ceiling volume.

Counters are durable DEKTON materials. The photos also feature a red Tagine pot from EMILE HENRY and copper pots by MAUVIEL.

The master bath is a unique wave pattern drawers finish with an Avance handle and floating drawer unit.

The cabinetry in Ames Lake resides is another excellent example of close collaboration between the talented architect Ryan Stephenson and LEICHT SEATTLE toward realizing the potential of contemporary modern architecture and modern, sophisticated cabinetry products, for long-lasting lifestyles and functions for homeowners.
